Agility Orthopedics Publishes Latest Edition of Company Magazine

Agility MagazineIt is our great pleasure to introduce you to the first edition of our company magazine under our new name; Agility Orthopedics. So much has changed since we published our last edition. After 36 years of distinguished service, our friend and associate Denis Byrne, MD has decided to retire from the practice of medicine. We would like to thank Dr. Byrne for his service and wish him and his wife, Joan, a happy and healthy retirement. Furthermore, Christopher Baker, MD has joined our team of orthopedic surgeons as a fellowship trained Ankle & Foot Specialist. Dr. Baker joins us after his recently completed fellowship at the New England Baptist Hospital. Also, Maria Policelli, and Kimberly Tighe have joined our medical team as physician assistants. With so many changes, including the name of the company, I want to assure our patients and referring physicians that our attention to providing patients with timely access to outstanding orthopedic care remains constant.

Many of you may appreciate an explanation of why we changed our name and what the name change means. Through years of clinical practice, we realized that having the word surgery in our name often scared prospective patients. So much of what we do is non-surgical that we wanted a name that accurately reflects what we do. As a matter of fact, my colleagues and I do everything possible to avoid surgery; only using it as a last resort.

Our name has changed, but our focus has not. Our desire to provide you with the care you need in the manner you deserve is our top priority.
